Cancellation Policy

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other clients.   We respectfully ask that you provide 48 hours’ notice of cancellation.

Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, or not attending your appointment, could result in the following:

Laser Hair Removal Courses

A session of laser hair removal will be deducted from the course of treatments.

Please note, canceling your laser hair removal treatment can impact the overall results of the treatment, as it’s important to treat the area within the hair growth cycle.

All other treatments

50% of the cost of your treatment will be payable should you not provide 48 hours cancellation notice, or do not attend your appointment.

Deposits

We reserve the right to request a deposit, to be held on account, to cover any last minute cancellations (under 48 hours) or no shows.    This will be repaid back at the end of your course of treatment, should it not be used.

Late Attendance

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment, or reduce the treatment time.

In-House Finance

In-House Finance for Laser Hair Removal Packages only.

We offer an interest-free payment plan.  The repayments are based on the cost of the treatment.
£100 to £300 – 2 Payments (first 2 months)
£300 to £500 – 3 Payments (first 3 months)
£500 to £800 – 4 Payments (first 4 months)
£800+ – 6 Payments (first 6 months)

Payments must be made monthly, for the first consecutive appointments (as above).

Payments are to be made by Bank transfer or cash.

Refunds

At Rejuv Skin & Laser Clinic, we carry out a thorough consultation to ensure you are a suitable candidate for laser hair removal.   Please remember that laser hair removal is only effective on hair that is currently visible.  If new hair growth appears, further treatments will be necessary.    Therefore, we do not offer a refund for laser hair removal sessions that have already taken place.

Health & Safety

To comply with Health & Safety regulations, we kindly ask that children and babies are not in attendance at your appointments.

Unless approved prior to your appointment, we ask that only you attend the appointment.

Please ensure that you fully understand, the risks, benefits and side effects of the treatment that you have requested.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns prior to the treatment being carried out.
